arauca solutions :: an AI consulting and software development practice built by Vinícius Kienen — a Solutions Architect with 25 years of experience turning abstract concepts into market-ready products.
Vinícius has been part of the first technical team for ventures across Ireland, Thailand, and Brazil — building teams from zero, architecting backend systems from scratch, and shipping products that scale. Most recently as Head of Innovation at a Bangkok-based enterprise, he led a team from 0 to 30+ people and built a Norwegian real estate portal that disrupted a market monopoly, with AI embedded from the first roadmaps through to post-launch — virtual redecoration, image labelling, data prediction, and more.
Before that, eight years as Head of Development at a Dublin-based technology firm, building a start-up from the ground up, growing to a team of 20+ developers and leading its scaling and establishment as a profitable business. Earlier still: delivering software for brands like Coca-Cola, McDonald's, and Unilever; and building mobile enterprise software for Nokia Siemens Networks with clients across China, India, and Europe.
